The automatic counting device will automatically calculate the number of half-folded sheets during the shifting process.
After counting, the half-folded sheet enters the discharging pallet (which includes power transmission and adjustable speed) and awaits connection with the log saw cutter.
During the operation of the facial tissue folding machine, waste is generated; this waste is absorbed by the vacuum adsorption fan and then discharged.

A vacuum adsorption fan, can prevent the waste from affecting the machine's operation, and ensure the smooth progress of production.

After the semi-finished facial tissue is produced by the facial tissue folding machine, it needs to be cut by a log saw cutting machine.

The log saw blades have an automatic lubrication and sharpening system that can sharpen the blade automatically based on the cutting time.
At the same time, the sharpening and lubrication time can be adjusted through the touch screen.

In order to ensure more accurate cutting of 180 times per minute, Jota facial tissue log saw cutter also introduced a photoelectric sensor for edge position control, which can effectively correct edge deviation.

After log saw cutting, the semi-finished facial tissues are converted into finished facial tissues, and then the packaging process is about to begin.

The stacked finished facial tissues come out of the log saw cutter and usually enter the individual packaging conveyor belt first.
If the log saw cutter is connected to a fully automatic facial tissue folding machine, the stacked facial tissue will automatically enter the conveyor belt of the individual packing machine;
If the log saw cutter is connected to a semi-automatic facial tissue folding machine, the operator needs to put the stacked finished facial tissues on the transfer line of the individual packing machine.

The finished facial tissues are first flattened by a flattening station, then sorted out, and then pushed to the nylon pushrod.
Stacks of finished facial tissues line up in front of the nylon pushrod and wait to be pushed to the support plate.
The finished facial tissue is lifted up by the cylinder on the paper support plate to the packaging pushrod and then pushed into the packaging station by the packaging pushrod.
The vertical sealing is performed first, and the upper and lower film guides are coordinated to complete, and then go through the moving film guide, fold the film up and down, side iron, and finally complete the individual packing.

How to install the main body?
The napkin machine should be placed on a flat concrete floor and the machine base and floor should be fixed with a rubber or wooden board. After the napkin machine is in place, a grounding wire must be added to the machine to prevent the machine from leaking electricity. During the production process, the guard should be kept intact; if a paper jam is found on the embossing roller or hair roller, it should be cleaned in time to avoid smashing. The hair roller is also damaged by the napkin machine. Keep the driving or sliding parts of the napkin machine lubricated. Note: As usual, a 40-foot high container can only hold 10 tons of large toilet paper rolls. However, if you buy from China, shipping costs from the Chinese port to your country are very expensive. To install the ball mill, first install the main bearing.
In order to avoid aggravating the wear of the hollow journal shoulder and bearing lining, the elevation of the bottom plate of the two main bearings shall not exceed 0.25mm per meter length .

Secondly, install the ball mill.
Combined with the specific situation, the pre-assembled whole simplified parts can be installed directly or in several parts, and the centerline of the journal and ball mill should be checked and adjusted, and the concentric error must be guaranteed to be less than 0.25mm per meter length.

Installation of transmission parts (pinion, uranium, coupling, reducer, motor, etc.).
During installation, measurement and adjustment should be made according to product technical standards. Check the radial slip of the gear ring and the meshing performance of the pinion; the concentricity of the reducer and the pinion; and the concentricity of the motor and the reducer. After all the installation is completed, the subsequent bolting of the foot bolt to the main bearing base plate can be carried out.

● Lateral movement The lateral movement allows the trimming to be adjusted to the appropriate width. The minimum trimming width of the napkin machine is an average of 20mm per side. If the trimming is too narrow, the process of entering the straw will become difficult and the paper may break. .

● Longitudinal movement Longitudinal movement is the movement of the parent roll in the direction of the paper web. By moving the napkin machine operating side rewinder forward or backward, it is possible to balance the tension deviation of the paper web on the driving side and the operating side. When making adjustments, the condition of the paper web must be observed.

● Separate crawling of unwinding The separate crawling of unwinding is used when you only want to rotate the parent roll in the unwinding area, and when the parent roll is crawling independently, some preparations can be made, such as paper threading or paper splicing. Use the control switch to turn on the napkin machine to crawl independently. The rotation direction of the independent crawling is selected by the potentiometer. The center position of the potentiometer is the zero point of the crawling. When turning from the center to the left, turn in the counterclockwise direction. When turning to the right, press turn clockwise.

In order for the napkin machine to work normally, a safe operation system for equipment maintenance should be established to ensure the long-term safe operation of the napkin machine. At the same time, necessary maintenance tools, grease and corresponding accessories should be provided. When the grinding roller device of the napkin machine is used for more than 500 hours to replace the grinding roller, the rolling bearings in the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time. The refueling tool can be a manual refueling pump and a grease gun.

During the use of the napkin machine, a fixed person should take care of it, and the operator must have a certain technical level.
