Kitchen Towel Machine

This kitchen towel machine punches and cuts the raw paper into various sizes as required. The finished product is neat, tidy . It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient and stable operation, low power consumption, and small area of 8.4 square meters. The maximum production speed is 150-250m/min. The equipment can be adjusted to meet the required finished product. This kitchen towel machine is ideal equipment for paper mills and paper processing plants.

This equipment can process raw paper with widths of 1.2m, 1.75m, 1.95m, 2.15m, 2.35m, 2.55m, 2.75m, etc. There are two types of this model: one is a normal type with double embossing unit for 2-layer paper, one for each; the other is a point-to-point type with one embossing unit for each sheet.

This machine is composed of a raw material rack, paper feeding unit, embossing unit, punching unit, winding unit, electric control and cutting system. The production process is: unwinding→embossing→punching→curling→cutting.
