The facial tissue making machine working flow :The jumbo rolls which have been slit into the desired width are cut by the slitting cylinders,and then interfolded into interoverlapped rectangular facial tissue sheets.This machine adopts independent servo motor drive ,and automatic paper tension control. It features of high speed ,nice folding and easy operation.

1. High Degree of Automation: The entire process-from raw paper conveyance and embossing to folding and cutting-operates as a fully automated assembly line, featuring automatic shutdown functions in the event of paper depletion or breakage, thereby effectively minimizing material waste.
2. Interfolded Design: Employs "V-fold" or "Z-fold" interlocking technology; when a single sheet is dispensed, the leading edge of the next sheet is automatically drawn out through the dispenser opening, ensuring convenient access for subsequent use.
3. Flexible Specification Adjustment: Embossing patterns, cut lengths, and longitudinal slitting widths can all be freely adjusted within a specific range (e.g., 100–210 mm in width) to meet specific requirements, allowing for adaptation to products of varying grades and applications.
4. High Capacity and Efficiency: Designed for multi-channel synchronous production, a single machine delivers exceptionally high processing efficiency, effectively meeting the demands of large-scale commercial manufacturing operations.
5. Process Versatility: Supports the lamination and embossing of single-ply, two-ply, or multi-ply raw paper; it integrates flexibly with downstream packaging equipment to produce various end-product formats, such as soft-pack tissues or boxed facial tissues.
