Main performance and structural features:
The large rotary paper cutter for loose draw is a specially designed machine for automatic and continuous cutting of loose draw. The design and manufacture of the whole machine adopt the latest electronic technology and dual servo transmission technology, which greatly enhances the stability of paper cutting, quick and flexible waste removal, and anti-static synchronous belt solves the problem of finished product sticking to the belt, which improves the conveying accuracy and the cutting quality of drawn paper compared with traditional belts.
The paper feeding system of the large rotary single-channel paper cutter is the unique feature of this machine. The dual servo motor system drives and intermittently conveys the base paper. The front and rear sections convey in segmented control to accurately control the cutting length of the drawn paper; the rotary paper cutting method, the rotating and swinging circular knife holder, the circular knife rotates by itself, and the drawn paper is accurately cut; it is equipped with an automatic knife sharpening system to automatically sharpen the circular knife, and the sharpening wheel is automatically fed, and the parameters can be adjusted through the touch screen.
