Delivery Of Toilet Paper Production Line To Colombia

We just dispatched our MAYJOY 3000mm toilet paper production line to Colombia. This shipment includes one rewinding machine, one manual cutting machine, and one automatic packing machine.

The whole line is built with a new steel plate structure, and each unit features independent frequency conversion for better control. It runs at high speed while maintaining stable production, which we believe will meet our client's expectations perfectly.

1.High-speed toilet paper rewinding machine:
1)Independent frequency converter drive: Each process allows for independent and precise speed adjustment, ensuring constant and uniform tension from raw paper to finished roll. This significantly reduces paper breakage and guarantees the roll's tightness and perfect shape.

2)3000mm ultra-wide width: Compared to traditional narrow-width equipment, production efficiency is increased exponentially.

2.Manual cutting machine: Simple to operate, precise cutting, and can quickly adapt to order changes for different specifications (such as large rolls, family packs, etc.), making it particularly suitable for diverse market demands.

3.Automatic packaging machine: Enables automatic sorting, bagging/wrapping, and sealing of rolls. Fast packaging speed, excellent sealing, and uniform appearance greatly enhance the product's commercial appeal and significantly reduce labor costs.
