Facial tissue packing machine
MJ-T300V high speed fully automatic facial tissue single wrapping machine/packing machine is suitable for automatically packing V/M fold facial tissue, napkin and flat tissue.
Paper arrangement, feeding, bagging, forward movement, paper hooking, pusher, film pulling, cutting knife, pressing, moving sealing, lower inserting film, movable edge guide, swing ironing and intermediate feeding are all servo-driven control methods. It has the advantages of complete running function configuration, high use efficiency, simple operation, wide range of specification adaptation, quick specification conversion, convenient maintenance, and low use cost.
Basic operating function configuration: Fully Automatic tissue shaping function, automatic detection and speed reduction function of tissue incoming material flow, automatic alarm and shutdown function for double-pack feeding, automatic alarm and shutdown function of feeding rod jam, automatic detection of tissue height and alarm shutdown, tissue hooking shaping, jog operation, linkage operation function
