The automatic kitchen paper rewinding machine adopts the latest embossing compound system, and is equipped with the most advanced international PLC computer programming technology, frequency conversion speed regulation, electronic brake and touch multi-screen large screen man-machine interface operating system. Features of the kitchen paper rewinding machine
1. Fully automatic paper tube replacement device, without manual threading of paper tube, after rewinding, the finished product is automatically delivered, rewinding is immediately reset, and any size of paper tube can be adjusted at will in one minute.
2. The automatic delivery system after rewinding and forming can deliver the finished product smoothly with the patented technology of mechanical arm pushing. The minimum diameter of the finished product is 60 mm.
3. Auto trimming, spraying and sealing are completed simultaneously at one time to realize the popular technology of trimming and sticking tail abroad. The finished product has 10-18mm paper tail, which is convenient to start and reduces the loss of paper tail when making ordinary rewinding machine, thus reducing the cost of products.
4. Using advanced programming technology, the finished product can be tightened first and then loosened at different tightness levels during rewinding process, so as to solve the problem of loosening of the finished product due to long-term storage of paper core.
5. Base paper monitoring system, real-time monitoring of base paper in the process of high-speed operation, to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
6. High-precision rotary soft knife, 4 knife drilling noise is low, drilling more clear.
7. Use the front and back switch to pull the base paper, which makes the operation easier and safer.
