Function description:
The design concept is simple, compact and stable.
Production use reference: various medium and large industrial paper core tubes.
Features:
1. The main body is made of thick and heavy-duty steel plates which are welded after CNC cutting. The frame is stable and not easily deformed, and the vibration is small.
2. The main transmission adopts hard tooth surface full oil bath chain transmission, low noise, low heat generation, high speed and high torque.
3. The main motor adopts a vector-type high-torque frequency converter for speed regulation.
4 Optional CNC synchronous chasing shearing system, the cutting table is driven by precision ball screw and high-performance servo motor.
5. Equipped with pulse fixed-length control, combined with feed-forward compensation function, the cutting length is guaranteed to be consistent at different host speeds, cutting length control is more accurate than before.
7. Equipped with a new type of operation panel and large-size color touch screen man-machine interface operation.
8. It can be equipped with a multi-functional backing paper supply device, and the automatic stop function when the paper breaks.
9. The integrated linkage device of integral paper supply frame, glue supply and coating frame, and paper guide device is optional, and it is fully electric adjustment.
10. Modular electrical layout design, more convenient and scientific to use, maintain and repair.
